- Ease of Squatting – The best part about this machine in our opinion is that it has just about all the advantages of a traditional barbell squat but with far less difficulty or skill required. Whether you’re new to squats and want to get to hard workouts easier, faster and safer or if you have trouble squatting because of mobility or injury, this is a great piece.
- Floating Yoke – This patented shoulder pad set up makes squatting comfortable. It takes away any limitations of shoulder mobility because your arms can stay in front of you the whole time. It also reacts to your body as you squat, adjusting to your body position and keeping you safe and comfortable the whole time. We really like the width adjustability as well making it comfortable for a wide variety of body types.
- Multiple Weight Pegs – This is one of the biggest differentiators of this machines, and what sets apart the XT version of the machine. Being able to load different parts of the range of motion allows members and clients to focus on different methods of building strength, customizing weight to accommodate injuries or imbalances or target different parts of the lower body.
- Depth Settings – The 5 depth settings are awesome for safety, utilizing intensity techniques and taking the guess work out of hitting depth.
