I specialize in strength and conditioning, general weight loss/transformations, and women’s fitness. Training and nutrition regimens are custom designed based on each clients’ needs and lifestyle. Regardless of clients’ fitness level, age, etc., I educate them about good habits and consistency with nutrition and exercise that will last a lifetime.
As a competitive athlete and an academic, I strive to stay abreast the latest updates in training styles and regimens, as well as being actively involved in professional development in the sports and fitness industry. Furthermore, I am always looking for new and proven ways of expanding services I offer to clients by expanding my own knowledge and obtaining appropriate certifications for training and therapy.
