I am an 8-year veteran personal trainer, I have also been a lifelong athlete and have been involved with almost every sport out there. I have a wide range of experience working with high caliber athletes to retiree’s that just want to change their life style. I specialize in strength and conditioning, body composition, nutrition and athletic development. I also have a wide range of knowledge of anatomy and biomechanics, as well as rehab techniques to fix the random ailments of the body. I can be very tough on my clients because I want the absolute best for them and take great pride in helping them achieve those goals.
