As a trainer of more than 13 years I’ve prescribed just about every bodyfat and baseline test known to man to my clients. We invested in Styku because it gives our members and our trainers the metrics we need quickly and accurately. I personally use the scanner once per quarter to keep track of my own fitness goals, and I recommend everyone scan a minimum twice per year.
